  • 🐶 Our Orcish axe is notable for the same head as the Dwarven axe but with a longer handle. Weighing 1.76 pounds (800 grams) and measuring 13 3/4 inches (35 cm) in overall length.
  • 🐶 The blade is hand-forged from 1065 carbon steel with a superior convex edge, an optimal balance between sharpness, toughness, and edge-holding ability.
  • 🐶 The longer handle grants the axe increased power. The handle of the axe features circular grooves for a great grip even in wet or sticky conditions. A wood wedge is applied, two steel wedges are included to meet specific preferences.
  • 🐶 A vegetable-tanned highest quality top-grain leather sheath with brass buttons and end socket is included, the leather stays dry in open box condition, it will be “waken up” after your tailored oiling treatment. While 5 meters of 7-strand 5/32" (4mm) paracord is provided for enhanced grip.
  • 🐶 The axe has been rigorously tested in the wild of Ontario, Canada. Six-month workmanship guarantee.

This is a really amazing camp axe.

Comes sharp, the sheath is well made and for the price you’d be hard pressed to find a better hatchet/small axe for your pack.

Nice, but needs a bit of sharpening.

Really nice, seems solid (only time will tell). But it did need a bit of sharpening out of the box.

Wowee!

Oh boy this hatchet sure does alot of whacking and hacking. I used it to chop some parsley for my chocolate noodle stew today and it performed excellent. I like the little imprints it has on the side of the axe head to remind you that the great mastiff is watching over us always. I've sharpened the handle to use as a tooth pick which is something I generally do with most of my tools that have a wood handle and the wood held up nicely. I will recommend this to both of my friends!
